The Manor Clinic has established a Clinical Governance structure to ensure delivery of our core mission goal of offering to our patients a Centre of Healthcare Excellence.
Clinical Governance is the system through which The Manor Clinic is accountable for continuously improving the quality of our services and safeguarding the standards of care. Regular meetings are structured to ensure that we operate within an environment that enables clinical excellence to flourish throughout the Manor Clinic.
Under the leadership of the Manor Clinic’s Medical Director, Dr Philip Milln, who is also the Clinic’s resident Consultant Psychiatrist, regular monthly meetings have been established.
Therapists, GPs, Centre Manager, Senior Nurses and the Clinical Director are regular attendees of these meetings together with members of the staff who could be involved with clinical responsibility for patient care.
Through this regular consultation we seek to deliver the highest possible level of care to our patients and constantly develop clinical protocols through our highly professional and qualified staff.
