Clinical Governance is the system through which The Manor Clinic is accountable got continuously improving the quality of our services and safeguarding the standards of care. The regular meetings are structured to ensure that we operate within an environment that enables clinical excellence to flourish within the Manor Clinic.

The Manor Clinic has established a Clinical Governance structure to ensure delivery of our core mission goal of offering to our patients a Centre of Healthcare Excellence.

Under the leadership of the Manor Clinic's Medical Director, Dr Philip Milln, who is also the Clinics resident Consultant Psychiatrist, regular monthly meetings have been established.

GP's, Centre Manager, Senior Nurses and the Clinical Director are regular attendees of these meetings together with any individual whom would be involved with clinical responsibility for patient care.

Through this regular consultation we seek to deliver the highest possible level of care to our patients and constantly develop clinical protocols through our highly professional and qualified staff.
