Lisa is the Head of Housekeeping and Catering in charge of a small dedicated team. Prior to joining the Manor she gained many years experience working in a number of establishments in the New Forest area. We were fortunate that Lisa joined us from the date of opening and she is responsible for the Manor’s reputation for its fine cuisine based on fresh local products.
