At The Manor Clinic we understand that all patients are different. We understand that everyone’s needs and situations are different. As such we have several ways in which treatment at The Manor Clinic can be funded.
The fee for treatment will depend upon the type of treatment and programme that is most suitable for you and length of time spent with us. Payment may be made by:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Bank transfer
To provide an individual treatment plan for each patient we usually ask for a referral letter from the patient’s GP. For patients presenting with Addiction/Alcohol/Drug dependency we do not always require a GP referral unless funding is through Private Medical Insurance.
Private Medical Insurance
We are recognised by a full range of Private Medical Insurance companies including AVIVA / AXA / BUPA/ CIGNA / WPA and Zurich. We recommend you contact them first to check your level of cover and admission criteria.
You will be required to bring a valid debit or credit card with you. If you incur any extra charges that are not covered by an insurer, a company, or your self-funding package we will use your details to take payment.

Many employers have an occupational health fund or cover through one of the Private Medical Insurance companies – check with your Human Resources department or Occupational Health Doctor to see if your policy covers the treatment you require.
We are happy to work with Occupational Health departments and arrange a FREE confidential one-to-one assessment with an Addictions therapist for any staff member and advise the most appropriate treatment options.
